She is Called
Transformational Journey
A She Is Called Workshop for Women
T his curriculum “She Is Called” workshop was created in Spanish as a three-part process. We begin by talking about who we are in God and our identity in him. Then, we address the gifts and talents that God has given us, providing tools and practical ways to use them. Finally, we teach how to multiply our leadership in a healthy way. We highlight the stories of women in the Bible who are similar to us to inspire and reflect.
As we accompany our community of women, we have seen many of them heal. We began to see women who once hated themselves now loving themselves. We have also seen women accept their calling and discover their gifts, passions, and talents. More women now feel comfortable with the term “leadership” and have found surprising ways to live out their Christian faith.

Transformational Journey: A She Is Called Workshop for Women
For some women, embracing and claiming the word “leader” for themselves is a challenge. This curriculum provides a gentle, transformational learning process that supports women’s journey of discipleship moving toward leadership—leadership with Jesus as the role model, with a posture of humility, and with confident faith that women are called by God to use their unique gifts to help build, heal, and strengthen the body of Christ. This process guides women as they examine their identity, use the gifts and talents that God has given us, and learn how to multiply their leadership.

Transformational Journey modules

Why was I born, and for what reason?
God has formed and prepared each of us to fulfill a unique role, at this moment in time, that will bring glory to God, share God’s grace, and extend God’s kingdom in specific ways.
Module 2
Foundations
As we mature and learn to live from our inner being, we realize that everyone has their own beliefs and values—those that make us who we are, guide us in what we do, and lead us to make decisions.
Module 3
Discovering God’s vision
As we respond to what God is showing us and as we start to live in God’s preferred future, God’s vision for our lives becomes more vivid and real.
Module 4
What is your unique purpose or mission?
How do I understand my life’s mission as a follower of Jesus Christ? This important self-reflection and discernment will aid you in your pursuit of discovering a mission statement for your life.
Module 5
Living it out
The church is not a cruise on which we are all going to be pampered and entertained; we should be willing to be equipped and willing to be prepared. It’s essential that every daughter of God knows how to take charge of her “battle station.”
